Things you only see on a college campus: While running through the OSU campus yesterday (the first time since the students came back) I got to see some people do things that you only see on campus...a group of guys all running together, with their backpacks, clearing pledging a fraternity, with their token foreign exchange student in the back of the pack...and a group of people have leap frog races up the sidewalk while someone video tapes the fun. It makes me smile while I run.
The weird thing about Yoga: Downward dog is a resting pose - WTF. There is nothing relaxing or resting in that pose. It is hard work! More about Yoga later...
